Hall Admission Information

Hall Admission Charges

All tickets should be  pre-purchased or using an EFTPOS facility at the front door.  Printed programmes can also be purchased online or bought using card at the front door.  At some locations admission is by online ticket only - so please check before arriving at the hall.

On entering the hall the ticket (printed or displayed on phone/tablet/computer) needs to be shown.   If a programme has been ordered, this will be picked up at entry.

NOTE: Tickets should be pre-purchased from the website - or by card at the door.

PROGRAMMES at the door ‑ $4.00 each - MUST BE PRE-PURCHASED  or paid by card at the door.

PARKING – all competitors and helpers do so at their own discretion.

SPECIAL PASSES  - for teachers etc.

To ensure that all competitors are fully informed as to the details of their forthcoming performance a new system is being put in place in 2024.   IT IS THE COMPETITOR'S RESPONSIBILITY to enter their performing details (title, composer/author etc. and backing tracks/music uploads ) according to this information.

Downloadable Programmes should now be able to be downloaded by those who purchased them.  However some people managed to order them without specifying which discipline they were for.  I will email copies to anyone who does not have access from their email order.  Please email This email address is being protected from spambots.
